Unit of sale: 10-vial box
Every SKU ships as a sealed box of 10 lyophilized vials. Order as many boxes of as many SKUs as you need — mixed orders are standard.
Volume tiers
Per-box pricing drops as quantity rises. Send your full list and we'll quote it as one order rather than line-by-line — that's where the best rates are.

A human replies to every enquiry within 36 hours, usually much faster, with pricing, stock confirmation and payment details.
Payment
Cryptocurrency (preferred) or card / money-app with a processing fee. Payment instructions are provided once the order is confirmed — never pay anyone who contacts you claiming to be us unprompted.
Shipping
Orders are packed for temperature stability and dispatched with tracking. Shipping regions, transit times and any customs considerations are confirmed in your quote.
Documentation
Certificates of Analysis (HPLC / MS) are available for any batch on request. Ask in your order message and we'll include them.

Use the order list on any product page, or just type them out — SKU codes (e.g. TR10) remove all ambiguity.

Include the destination country and any documentation you need (COAs, batch numbers).

We reply with a full quote. Once you confirm, you'll get payment instructions and a dispatch estimate.
