Ordering
How do I place an order?
Add SKUs to your order list from any product page, then tap "Send via Telegram" — the message is pre-filled. Or just message @blackboxbiotechnology (or our Signal link) with the SKUs and quantities you want. We reply within 36 hours.
Is there a minimum order?
The unit of sale is one box of 10 vials. There is no minimum number of boxes, but per-box pricing improves with volume.
Why don't you show prices?
Because we quote by volume. A single box and a fifty-box order shouldn't cost the same per unit, and a static price list can't reflect that. Send your list and you'll get a quote that does.
Can I order products that aren't in the catalog?
Often, yes. Ask us — we can source many additional sequences at wholesale volume.
What is the order list? Do I need an account?
No account. The order list is stored in your browser only and simply composes a message for you. Nothing is sent until you tap send in Telegram or Signal.
Payment & shipping
What payment methods do you accept?
Cryptocurrency (preferred) or card / money-app with a processing fee. Details are provided after your order is confirmed. We will never DM you first asking for payment.
How are orders shipped?
Lyophilized vials are packed for temperature stability and dispatched with tracking. Regions, transit times and customs considerations are confirmed in your quote.
How quickly do you respond?
Within 36 hours, and usually much sooner.
Products & quality
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis?
Yes. HPLC and MS certificates are available for any batch on request. Ask in your order message.
How are the products supplied?
As lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed glass vials, 10 vials per box. Solvents and supplies (bacteriostatic water, benzyl alcohol, acetic acid) are supplied as solutions.
How should I store them?
Lyophilized: −20 °C, protected from light. Reconstituted: 2–8 °C. See the Quality page for full handling guidance.
What do "blends" contain?
Blends are co-formulated in a single vial at the stated masses — e.g. BPC-157 5 mg + TB-500 5 mg. The component peptides are listed on every blend page with links to their individual pages.
Where do the citations on product pages come from?
Every reference is a PubMed-indexed, peer-reviewed article, linked by DOI and PubMed ID. They describe published research on the compound; they are not claims about our products.

No. All products are sold strictly for laboratory research and are not for human or veterinary use or consumption. By ordering you confirm you are purchasing for research purposes.
Do you provide dosing or protocol information?
No. We supply research materials and analytical documentation only.
